The Co-owner & Manager for KL Admin Alternatives is Katina Lee.  She is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.  The official QuickBooks certification guarantees in-depth knowledge of QuickBooks and its business management solutions.  As well, Katina has obtained advanced training and certification in QuickBooks which cover more areas than just a ProAdvisor.

Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors are independent CPAs, accountants, bookkeepers, computer consultants and trainers who work with small businesses and who have completed a rigorous and comprehensive QuickBooks curriculum developed by Intuit. They understand the challenges you face and can offer guidance on everything from complex accounting questions and payroll interpretation to mastering advanced features of QuickBooks.

Katina Lee attended Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business on a full academic scholarship.

In Macon, where she grew up in nearby Gray, GA, she was always sought after for her knowledge in QuickBooks accounting.

After the birth of her first child in 2001, she decided to help more than one business at a time with their QB needs. Thus, KL Admin Alternatives, LLC was born!

Katina has a passion for Human Resource management, organization, and helping start ups achieve all they can through excellent record keeping. She loves to share her knowledge in not only accounting software; but also customer service, payroll, and networking. Nothing makes her happier than seeing a client grow from a start up to a positive cash flow company. Thus, each client becomes a friend.

Katina has lived in Newnan since 2000.  Katina has two beautiful children, Robert Evan Stone - 10 years old and Kaylin Grace - 4 years old.
